The desire to delay hiring a General Manager to reduce overheads often leads to reliance on Architect/Design and Project Teams to fill the gap. However, modern Technical Services are overstretched, and Architects often lack operational expertise, resulting in costly last-minute revisions and delays. This undermines the core principles of project management: specific criteria and timeframe.
Drawing on our technical expertise, people management skills, and business understanding, we bridge this gap. We support Operators and Designers by overseeing Project Management, dedicating more time on-site to ensure progress aligns with timelines and criteria. We address issues in real-time, implementing revisions to exceed expectations and meet deadlines. By the time the General Manager joins, most defects are resolved, allowing the Ops team to focus on a seamless pre-opening.
